Transitions Monthly Meeting Group

Capstone program parents and caregivers are invited to join Family Support and Engagement Coordinator Naomi Zuckerman and CTI Program Manager Erika Cain for a monthly group meeting centered on resources for transition planning! These are open groups where parents and caregivers can come together for coffee and conversation. Bring questions about available resources, share tips about what has worked and seek advice about things that you need support with.
