COTTING SCHOOL STRATEGIC INITIATIVES 2021-2024

We developed Cotting School’s strategic initiatives with guidance from the Board of Trustees, input from staff, students and families and advice from accrediting agencies and partners. These focus areas reflect the collective expertise of the Cotting School community and demonstrate a deep understanding of our work and commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Together, we are “all in” and steadfast in our promise to help students flourish and reach their highest level of academic achievement and independence.
