Transition Resource Fair

Join us in the Cotting School Campus Center for our 2025 Transition Resource Fair! The fair focuses on students’ future options as they prepare for next steps after completing high school. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet exhibitors from a variety of adult support service providers as well as Massachusetts state agencies. This event is FREE and open to the public.
What is a Transition Resource Fair?*
A Transition Resource Fair is an event that provides students, families/guardians and professionals with information about community-based services for adults with disabilities.
What types of services do the exhibitors represent?
- Support with Independent Living Skills
- Vocational/Job Training and Support
- Recreational Opportunities
- Social and Community Programs
- Housing Options
Who should attend?
This event is FREE and open to the public. Students ages 14-22 who receive special education services through an IEP, their families and interested professionals are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The exhibitors who will be at this event serve a very specific population of adults with disabilities, including:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Developmental Disabilities
- Intellectual Disabilities
- Neurological Impairments
