DESCRIPTION:As part of Cotting’s Family Engagement in Transition initiative\, we are excited to invite you to participate in five important family learning opportunities. Throughout the course of your child’s time at Cotting\, from Lower School through Capstone\, these concepts are important for everyone to consider!  \n At our quarterly family learning opportunities\, you will be able to:  \n\nLearn about vision planning and its importance in transition \nExplore a timeline of transition milestones\nHear from a Cotting parent and expert on housing options\nUnderstand the importance of self-determination for our students\nHave regular opportunities to network and collaborate with other Cotting families\n\nWe have added this additional webinar\, “Exploring Housing Options Together”\, because of the many questions about housing that have come up during our first two webinars. Cotting parent Andy Richardt will join us for an opportunity to think creatively about this area of planning. Andy joined Minute Man Arc in July 2022 as Housing Development Manager\, where he has been working on the micro unit model as a creative and flexible path to living more independently.
