The “Visions of the Future” Panel held on Wednesday, April 2nd for upper and middle school students featured alumni and other adults with disabilities who shared their experiences with the transition process, independent living, working, education, transportation, recreation and other aspects of life after school. Alumni panelists included Franny Brown, class of 2005, Kate Atchue, class of 2011 and Mary Fitzgerald, class of 1976. Dan Harris of Triangle Inc. in Malden and Ryan Levia of Massachusetts Hospital School in Canton and Empowering People for Inclusive Communities in Malden also participated. It was an inspiring morning of sharing experiences and learning from role models.
