Cotting Students Compete at Special Olympics June 16, 2012 Seventeen students from Cotting School competed in the Special Olympics events this past weekend at Harvard Stadium, among 2,000 participants. Several stayed over night on Friday to be up bright and early with fellow students and alumni. Sam P., above right, was interviewed by NECN, and did a great job talking about his experience racing. Wally the Green Monster Visits Cotting June 9, 2012 Red Sox mascot, Wally the Green Monster, joined Cotting School students, alumni, volunteers, family members and staff for the final games of the third annual Challenger Little League season on Connelly Field. All players received trophies for their partiicipation, thanks to the efforts of parent Bob Boticelli, who organizes a fundraising golf tournament each July to benefit the League. Congratulations Graduates! June 1, 2012 The six proud members of this year’s senior class celebrated graduation with musical performances, speeches, a few tears, some laughter, and warm memories. Welcomed by Dr. Makeeba McCreary, Board of Trustees, the seniors received scholarships and awards from Larainne Wilson, Upper School Services, and Krista Macari, Chief Academic Officer. David Manzo, Cotting President, presented diplomas and certificates.
