Noreen Murphy, 67; challenged, inspired Cotting School students
Music teacher Noreen Murphy was determined to help her student play in the annual variety even though she could only move one foot.

Though one disabled student at the Cotting School could move only a foot, music teacher Noreen Murphy was determined that all her charges would contribute to the annual variety show. So she worked with a volunteer to rig a remote button for the student to tap with his toes, and put him in charge of opening the curtain. See the Boston Globe Article here.
