HOPE House HOPE House is designed expressly for young adults, ages 19 to 26, with physical or learning challenges who, although they may have completed high school, will benefit from continued social, educational and vocational support. HOPE House continues the cultivation of social growth and self-advocacy skills (especially as they relate to interaction with a non-disabled population), and in-depth vocational assessment, training and experiences. The program is organized to help young adults acquire necessary independent living skills in a supportive environment while ongoing supervision is gradually reduced.
